| • | April began her career in health insurance 20 years ago, while with the University of Michigan Hospital, and has continued to work in numerous areas of the insurance market. |
| • | In 1989, April began working with Ralph E. Wade Insurance as a Service Representative for the Life and Health Division. She is responsible for the day to day servicing of all employee benefit plans and individual health clients for the Life and Health Division. In her roll as a licensed insurance agent, she deals with; individual policies and individual policyholders, group enrollment meeting, assisting employers and employees on health insurance administration problems, along with any claim problems. |
| • | While licensed as an insurance agent in the State of Ohio, April is also certificated on Cobra and HIPPA administration. She attends workshops and seminars to keep current on all these issues and to keep her license current. |
